PARKING

Complimentary parking at self-parking lot.
Valet
parking is $27.00 per night with in/out privileges. Daytime valet parking is $5.00 for 12 hours.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

SUPER SHUTTLE:
offers transportation between the airport and the hotel 24-hours a day. Upon arrival at the airport, look for the island marked Van Service outside of baggage claim. A uniformed Guest Service Representative will assist you with your arrangements to the hotel. No advance reservations are needed from the airport to the hotel; however, 24-hour advance notice is requested for return trips from the hotel to the airport.
Cost:
$20 per person, each way. Groups may reserve an entire shuttle for $80. Vans accommodate a maximum of seven people.

offers 24-hour private chauffer driven services in sedans that can accommodate up to four people. Advance reservations required.

TAXIS:
three taxi companies have contracted with Sky Harbor Airport to provide service at established rates. These rates apply regardless of how many people in your party and how much luggage you are carrying. Choose any taxi you wish from the waiting line. For return to the airport, please speak with the hotel concierge to make arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS FOR SYMPOSIUM
|
|
All cancellations are subject to a nonrefundable $75.00 cancellation
fee. To receive a refund, written cancellations must
be received at least 30 days before the Symposium. Written
cancellations received within 30 days to 72 hours prior to
the event will be issued a credit voucher to attend a future
Symposium. Credit vouchers expire twelve months after the
issue date. Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable, however, substitutions are allowed.
